Sacramento Press: R Street Redevelopment Proposal
As we move into discussions about local government in California and look at how cities and counties operate in our own region, we will look at the multitude of issues local governments are involved in.
Land use and the the future development and redevelopment of neighborhoods and parts of the region are critical to the future. Future growth, economic and environmental sustainability and the quality of life of a community depends on planning and vision.

The R Street Corridor is a small area the City of Sacramento and this area is shared with a joint-power redevelopment agency, the Capitol Area Development Authority (CADA).
