Governor Jerry Brown has uploaded a video to YouTube and makes a direct pitch to the people of California to support his proposal to ask for a vote supporitn his proposed budget - including some $12.5 billion in cuts AND and extension of existing taxes set to expire, which will provide the other $12.5 billion in revenue to fix the state budget.
