	Public support for holding a special election to extend temporary tax and fee increases has dropped, the March PPIC Statewide Survey finds. But more Californians support than oppose Governor Brown's overall budget plan of tax extensions and spending cuts. The survey was supported with funding from The James Irvine Foundation.
